Dreams are filled with information about health, relationships, career, and life purpose. This class allows participants to explore the unconscious mind, which holds the blueprint for perfect health and well-being and explains how one can use dreams to consciously tap into that information. Master Hypnotist, Wellness Coach and Educator, and certified trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Kymm Nelsen, leads this fun and fascinating journey into understanding one’s inner self in a new way. Participants begin to create a personal dream dictionary, learn how to unlock the inner secrets in their dreams so they can use dreams as powerful tools for personal growth and awareness.

Dreams are more than they seem on the surface. Dreams are the way the Unconscious Mind attempts to communicate with the Conscious Mind. Most people wonder how to interpret their dreams or have used a dream book to try to understand their dreams. Inner symbology is unique to each person and each of us can learn to interpret our own dreams in a personal way. Usually, dreams cannot be interpreted using a generic dream book because each person’s Unconscious Mind uses its own unique symbols and stories to communicate and share its secrets with the Conscious Mind. The symbols and their meaning come from an individual’s unique life experiences, beliefs and wisdom. Taking this class allows participants to understand the hidden meanings their Inner Self is sending to them.
Participants play with some common everyday symbols first, and then explore their own dreams to see what secret messages lay within. This workshop teaches participants how to open the communication between the Conscious and Unconscious Minds. It provides an opportunity to open a new landscape to the Unconscious Mind and reap the benefits for many years to come.

Kymm Nelsen is a Master Hypnotherapist, Master Coach and certified trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is a dedicated student of Huna, the ancient science and mystism of Hawaii, and brings that deep tradition of spiritual accountability and responsibility to all her trainings.
As a life long learner who is fascinated with human development, Kymm expands her studies constantly, delving into new discoveries in the learning sciences, holistic living, metaphysics, mysticism, and psychology.
