By participating in this pilot, you’ll help shape and refine an offering designed to support this and the next generation of leadership.
What You’ll Experience

As a pilot participant, you’ll receive:
- A 1:1 Discovery Session with Kymm
- Full 24/7 access to the Ascend the Spiral™ portal, including the relational AI Guide
- Ongoing support for integration and insight reflection
- Group/cohort gatherings for shared learning (recorded if you can’t attend)
- A front-row seat in shaping a pioneering developmental experience
- Optional Add-On: A vertical development assessment & debrief (invoiced separately)
Who This Is For
We’re looking for high-integrity, purpose-driven leaders who are open to honest exploration, willing to offer thoughtful feedback, and intrigued by the possibility of evolving how they lead, decide, and develop.
You do not need to have AI experience, just a spirit of curiosity, presence, and growth.

Pilot Cohort Target: 9-12 people
Pilot Financial Target: $20,000
This target supports platform hosting, AI training, design labor, and facilitation.
