Huna Introduction - Great Life with Kymm Nelsen

Huna is a system brought forward from ancient times through an unbroken lineage of 28 generations.  It offers an approach to life that brings balance, compassion, purpose, and empowerment to everything you do. It does not compete with other belief systems, but rather enables you to more fully connect to your own traditions in a way that your life is filled with more meaning and intention. Students of Huna apply its principles and techniques in many ways, including:

  • Goals mastery
  • Teamwork
  • Conflict resolution
  • Stress reduction
  • Emotional healing
  • Forgiveness (Ho’oponopono)
  • Energetic connection and focus
  • Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual stability and harmony (being pono)
  • Living in aloha (compassion, harmony, intention, and love)

Come spend the evening with Kymm and learn about Huna.  She will share about the lineage, the thinking and principles of aloha, and offer some easy techniques participants can apply immediately to become more empowered and live in aloha. Experience Hawaiian chant and more.
